  A: Our cables are fully certified to IEC, CE, EAC, BS and local standards ETC.  All products come with complete certification documents for customs clearance and project approval.
• Q: Can you provide customized cable solutions?
  A: Yes. We offer OEM/ODM services for custom conductor cross-sections (from 1.5mm² to 1000mm²), voltage ratings (low/medium/high voltage), armouring types (SWA/AWA/galvanized steel) and sheath materials (PVC/LSZH/XLPE).
• Q: What is the lead time for cable orders?
  A: For standard cables, the lead time is 7–30 working days for bulk orders. Customized cables require 20–30 working days, depending on the complexity of specifications and order volume.
• Q: How do you ensure product quality during production?
  A: We implement strict quality control (QC) at every stage: raw material inspection, online production testing, and final electrical/mechanical performance checks (e.g., voltage withstand, insulation resistance, tensile strength tests). All products pass 100% inspection before shipment.
• Q: Do you provide free samples?
  A: We offer free samples  for quality testing. The customer only needs to cover the shipping cost. 
• Q: Can you provide technical support for cable installation?
  A: Yes. We provide detailed installation manuals, and our technical team is available 24/7 to offer guidance on cable routing, armouring handling, and joint termination. On-site support can be arranged for large-scale projects.
• Q: What is your warranty policy for cables?
  A: We provide a 12–24 month warranty for all our cables, depending on the product type. During the warranty period, we will replace or repair any defective products caused by manufacturing issues free of charge.
• Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for cables?
  A: We have a flexible MOQ requirement. For customized cables, the MOQ is determined by the specific specifications, and we can accommodate small trial orders for new customers.
• Q: How do you package and ship the cables?
  A: Cables are wound on sturdy wooden or steel reels, wrapped with waterproof plastic film to prevent moisture damage. We ship via sea freight (FCL/LCL) for bulk orders and air freight for urgent small orders, with full tracking provided.
