APPLICATION

The N2XSBY 12/20kV single-core copper conductor cable with XLPE insulation, CTS (copper tape screen), STA (steel wire armour), and PVC sheathing is designed for underground power distribution in industrial and utility networks. Its robust construction allows installation in ground, water, cable ducts, and challenging environments while meeting VDE 0276 standards. The steel wire armour provides mechanical protection against external stresses, making it suitable for direct burial or trenchless installations. This cable is commonly used in power stations, urban infrastructure, and industrial facilities where reliable underground power transmission is required.

Refractory layer:Single sided gold mica tape 

Insulation:XLPE  

Filler(options):Polypropylene mesh tear rope or flame-retardant filling 

Screen: Copper Tape Screen

Inner Sheath:Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or flame - retardant polyvinyl chloride 

Armoring:Stainless steel tape 

Outer sheath:Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
