For standard products, our production lead time is 7-30 days after order confirmation. Custom orders or high-volume requests may take 20-45 days depending on the complexity and material availability.

How are the cables packaged for long-distance sea/air freight?

To prevent damage and moisture ingress, we use treated wooden drums, steel-plastic reels, or high-density coils wrapped in waterproof PVC film. For sea freight, drums are reinforced and palletized for easy forklift handling.

What Incoterms do you typically work with?

We are flexible and usually trade under FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), or EXW (Ex Works). We have long-standing partnerships with freight forwarders to ensure competitive shipping rates for our clients.

Do you provide samples for testing?

Absolutely. We can provide short samples free of charge, though we ask the client to cover the express courier costs. For longer sample lengths, a small production fee may apply.
