Q: Do you offer cable customization services?
A: Yes. We support custom logo printing and specification adjustments (core count, conductor size, materials, etc.), all compliant with international standards.
Q: What international certifications do your cables have?
A: Our cables hold CE, ISO 9001, RoHS, and IEC certifications. Regional certifications (UL, SASO, etc.) are also available on request.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: MOQ is 1,000 meters for standard low-voltage industrial cables. Flexible negotiation is allowed for custom orders.
Q: What is the production lead time?
A: 7–30 working days for standard orders; 25–35 working days for customized ones (logo, special materials).
Q: Can I get free samples?
A: Free 5m standard samples are provided (freight collect). Custom samples require a refundable fee.
Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A: We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment), L/C at sight. Flexible terms for long-term partners.
Q: How are export cables packaged?
Cables are wound on wooden/plastic reels, wrapped in waterproof film, and labeled with product specs and shipping marks.
Q: How do you ensure cable quality?
A: Full-process quality control (raw material, in-production, final testing) is implemented. Test report is provided for all orders.
