Product Description

ACSR Moose Conductor Steel Reinforce Wire 336.4 MCM 477 MCM Overhead Bare Conductor

APPLICATION

Steel Reinforced Aluminium Conductor used as bare overhead transmission conductor and as primary and secondary distribution conductor and messenger support. ACSR offers optimal strength for line design. Variable steel core stranding enables desired strength to be achieved without sacrificing ampacity

 CONSTRUCTION

AACSR (Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced) is a composite overhead conductor consisting of a central core of high-strength steel wires surrounded by multiple

layers of aluminum alloy strands. The steel core provides mechanical strength, while the aluminum layers offer high electrical conductivity.
